I Timothy 2:4 states:
1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
What does that mean?
In context, it means that God has decreed to save men from every social eschelon - including kings (see vs. 2), thus, we should not hesitate to pray for all classes of men.
